You complete an intake form and I will send through your personalised plan with a video walkthrough explaining exactly what is needed to get up and running!
We will work off a timeline based on your specific goals which will be all laid out for you. Each week you will receive a detailed check in with plan adjustments and new weekly goals and checkpoints. I will keep you moving forward!
Aside from your weekly check in you will have access to me on whatsapp so if you have any questions or queries, you will get a response within 24 hours on weekdays. You will also have access to our FPP group whatsapp where you can chat to the other girls on the plan!
