I really loved the FPP and it has been SO helpful for me -


  1. It helped me to realise that it’s OK to eat MORE. I feel so much better since allowing myself more calories.
  2. I feel like I’ve learned enough to be able to make good choices during the day
  3. My training has seriously improved - I’ve noticed since getting back to track that I’m hitting my training paces with ease. I

What do I get?


An individual nutrition plan 

In your first day of the program you will complete an intake form after which your coach will get in touch with you and set up your individual nutrition plan, which is created based on your goals.

Group support via whatsapp  

You'll have access to our FPP group whatsapp in which your coach will be a part of and can answer any questions you may have. You will also have a weekly group zoom Q&A check in.

DAILY LESSONS  

Access to our coaching app on which you will receive daily lessons, covering meal prepping, macronutrients, how to eat enough food, education around hormones, the menstrual cycle, supplements... and more!
